Move On Now

You may not like something. You may feel hurt, sad, frustrated, stressed, disturbed or angry because of it.

You cannot accept it. But you want to be happy again like you used to. You want to 'move on', so you try forget it or focus on other things instead. Once your mind is focused on other things, you thought you have 'moved on.'

You haven't.

It is still there somewhere in your mind's memory and the emotion can be brought back up from your memory anytime. You can never be really happy because you haven't 'moved on.'

You only 'move on' the moment you have fully forgiven them with your heart for every painful thing that they have done onto you.
